This scarf forms part of the equestrian collection of Chapman scarves. The design's inspiration is drawn from the annual showjumping competition, the Saut Hermès, which is held in the glass-domed nave of the Grand Palais in Paris, France — the largest existing glass and ironwork structure in the world.

It features the underside of four show jumpers and looks up towards the glass dome of the nave.
